Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Jim Thorpe from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Jim Thorpe homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Local Jim Thorpe crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
Material and labor costs are broken out separately in every Roof Replacement estimate.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Jim Thorpe homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Jim Thorpe roof running cooler and drier.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
On-site assessment covers decking condition, ventilation, and material recommendations specific to your property.
Pricing tiers by material are explained clearly before you commit to anything.
A final walkthrough confirms the finished roof matches the agreed scope before we consider the job done.
